At multibm.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in packaging our physical products for global distribution, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. That is why we offer a straightforward 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your physical item(s) to request a return and a full refund of the product purchase price.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, or unassembled).
  • The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@multibm.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Securely pack the product in its original box (including its protective packaging padding) to avoid transit damage. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the box.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the customer is responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping back to our fulfillment center.
  • Original Shipping & Packaging Fees: Please note that the original shipping and packaging fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these services are consumed once the carrier delivers the package to you.
  • Tracked Shipping Required: Because you are shipping physical goods internationally, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@multibm.com.

In these specific instances, we will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement item free of charge. Please include clear photographs of the product and its packaging in your email.

5. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Processing time: Please note it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we issue it.
